Smile by Uncle Kracker

5 01 2011

You’re better then the best
I’m lucky just to linger in your light
Cooler than the flip side
Of my pillow, that’s right

Completely unaware
Nothing can compare to where
You send me, lets me know that it’s okay
Yeah, it’s okay
And the moments where my good times start to fade

You make me smile like the sun, fall out of bed
Sing like a bird, dizzy in my head
Spin like a record, crazy on a Sunday night

You make me dance like a fool, forget how to breathe
Shine like gold, buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild
Oh, you make me smile

Even when you’re gone,
Somehow you come along just like
A flower pokin’ through the sidewalk crack
And just like that
You steal away the rain, and just like that

Don’t know how I lived without you
‘Cause every time that I get around you
I see the best of me inside your eyes
You make me smile

I wish I can add the mp3 of this song but I have to upgrade the space of my media files here in wordpress for that…and I can’t upgrade it.  Because I can’t!  I don’t want to pay for it…maybe not now.  Maybe tomorrow I will.  Lol!

Anyway!  About the lyrics.  I love the lyrics, I love the song!  The song is for me.  Every word is for me!  Not in a dedicated-to-me type, okay… its the other way around…I-dedicated-this-song-to type.  🙂  I love the song!  I love the song!  I love the song!  It really does make me smile, ear-to-ear, grin…whenever I hear it.  You make me smile.  Oh crap! 🙂

There’s no pleasure equal to seeing your best singer perform right in front of your eyes. I’m an Ucnle Kracker fan this is years and I can’t wait to see him the end of this month when he’s coming to Mississippi. I already got tix and will attend with my dearest friend!
